FSC® Core Labor Requirements
Costa Guerreiro, Lda and Errelabels España apply the FSC® Fundamental Labor Requirements through the commitments established in their Code of Conduct.

7.2.1 CG and ELE do not employ workers under the age of 15 or under the minimum age as set out in national or local laws or regulations, whichever age is higher, except as specified in 7.2.2 | |
7.2.2 In countries where national laws or regulations permit the employment of persons aged 13 to 15 in light work, such employment must not interfere with schooling or be harmful to health or development. Notably, where children are subject to compulsory education laws, they must work only outside school hours during normal office hours. | |
