Costa Guerreiro Lda. respects and is concerned with the privacy of its users/customers; therefore, we process your personal data in accordance with the current General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR.

Costa Guerreiro reserves the right to update or modify its Privacy Policy at any time, in particular, in order to adapt it to legislative changes.

Data collection

Costa Guerreiro collects user/customer data, through contact forms, for legitimate reasons. The data can include name, telephone and email. In the case of contractual processes, it collects the data required by law for the preparation of the same and the processing of invoices.

The data collected are intended for communication with users/customers, processing of requests for information and preparation of service contracts.

Their use for direct marketing actions is subject to prior consent by the subject of the data.

Access to the User's personal data

Collaborators of Costa Guerreiroonly have access to the data when they need this access to provide the agreed service. No personal data of our customers and users will be disclosed to third parties, without their consent, except when required by law.

Time for which user data is stored

The data collected by Costa Guerreiro is stored for the time deemed necessary during the contractual process between Costa Guerreiro and the user/customer. In all other cases the data will be deleted after 5 years.

Where the collected personal data are stored

The data collected by Costa Guerreiro are stored in Portugal, by third parties, in a web hosting service.

How to request access to your personal data
